  • Pre-orders are NOT currently in our tanks, it can take 2-4 weeks for these fish to arrive as availability can change, in addition to a quarantine period

  • Pre-orders must be placed separately from in-stock orders

  • We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders for any reason with a full refund. Availability changes, DOAs, and shipping issues are possible reasons for cancellation. In this unlikely event, someone will reach out before issuing your refund
